Joseph Manuel trained as a dairy technologist and worked with dairy and fisheries cooperatives, e-governance and academics. An alumnus of the National Dairy Research Institute and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, his work on livelihood and food security issues among the ecosystem people led him to develop First Discipline, an integral visual framework to accelerate management development. He is chief facilitator of the First Discipline dialogue.

Sankar Radhakrishnan is a writer, editor and communications consultant. He has written for The Hindu, National Geographic Traveller India, The Times of India and The Hindu Business Line among other publications. Sankar has been a part of the dialogue on First Discipline for over a decade and has co-facilitated several First Discipline workshops. A selection of his writing is on his blog Not Too Random 

Vinita Varkey is a Talent Development professional. She has over six years of experience in this space with a leading MNC. She likes to refer to herself as a learner in the space of Talent Development. Vinita has a Bachelors in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College and a Masters in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. When she is not working, she can be found in the kitchen whipping up a new experiment or glued to her iPad reading something or trying out some yoga postures!

Vinu Mani Jose works as national product manager of a telecom major. A graduate in mechanical engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum and MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade he has also worked with a few IT majors and has an accumulated work experience of over six years.  A technophile addicted to movies and long distance running he blogs about all things telecom  and random ramblings 

Andrews Thomas is a Project Manager with one of the Indian IT Majors. A graduate in Information Technology from Delhi University, he has more than eight years of experience in the Industry providing Business Solutions for some of the Foremost players in the US Captial Markets. An avid reader and keen follower of history, he loves to read beyond the stories in historical works and rates Mahabharatha and Arthashatra as his favorite.

Teenu Jose is a Technical Analyst with one of the Oldest and largest IT Giants in the world. A graduate in Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications. Gifted in culinary skills which she believes was passed on in her genes. Dessert being her forte, she likes eating and preparing them alike. She loves to travel and has a Bucket List of cities she would like to visit and capture through the lens – Photography being another skill she has been appreciated to be ‘Pretty adept’ at. If there is something she is even more passionate about that will be her penchant for mehendi (designs )
