Joseph Manuel trained as a dairy technologist and worked with dairy and fisheries cooperatives, e-governance and academics. An alumnus of the National Dairy Research Institute and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, his work on livelihood and food security issues among the ecosystem people led him to develop First Discipline, an integral visual framework to accelerate management development. He is chief facilitator of the First Discipline dialogue.
Sankar Radhakrishnan is a writer, editor and communications consultant. He has written for The Hindu, National Geographic Traveller India, The Times of India and The Hindu Business Line among other publications. Vinita Varkey is a Talent Development professional. She has over six years of experience in this space with a leading MNC. She likes to refer to herself as a learner in the space of Talent Development. Vinita has a Bachelors in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College and a Masters in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Teenu Jose is a Technical Analyst with one of the Oldest and largest IT Giants in the world. A graduate in Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications. Gifted in culinary skills which she believes was passed on in her genes. Dessert being her forte, she likes eating and preparing them alike. She loves to travel and has a Bucket List of cities she would like to visit and capture through the lens – Photography being another skill she has been appreciated to be ‘Pretty adept’ at. If there is something she is even more passionate about that will be her penchant for mehendi (designs )
